The hotel facilities were fantastic - the indoor spa and aquapark were included in our booking, which was a great bonus. We especially enjoyed having the indoor pool and sauna all to ourselves. The staff provided excellent customer service, and we were able to leave early in the morning and still receive a takeaway breakfast. The room we initially had didn't have a good view, but the hotel manager sorted us out with a room with amazing views over the lake. The room itself was spacious and had a large balcony. The food at the a la carte restaurant was amazing, with a great choice and excellent quality. The beach and park were both huge and well-maintained.

The location of Izgrev Spa & Aquapark is simply stunning. The views are breathtaking and create a truly serene atmosphere that adds to the overall relaxation experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the beds provided a good night's sleep. The spa center offered a range of treatments and the service was top-notch. The wide infinity pool was a highlight, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas available. The staff, especially the young individuals, were friendly and went out of their way to assist guests. The hotel also provided good WiFi coverage in all areas, including the beach. The food options, both at the buffet and a la carte, were diverse and delicious.

We loved the location by the lake and the hilltop view of the entire lake Ohrid. The hotel facilities, especially the water slides in the kids area and the infinity pool, were amazing. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was impressive. The staff were very kind and helpful, speaking good English and going above and beyond to assist us.

The food options were excellent, and our room had central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television, which made our stay comfortable.
